Miami Heat —
... Richardson -- who, like Blount, is in the last year of his contract and won't affect Miami's plans in 2010 when Wade becomes a free agent -- will make $9.4 million. This does move the Heat about $4 million into the luxury tax, but it is at least better to have the players who are making the most money be on the court. If Watson took that, he would be an unrestricted free agent next year. Watson was hoping for a three-year deal to come out of his negotiations this offseason." Miami Herald/Y!
