So says Michael Silver , anyway.  You'll pardon me if I take this with a grain of salt, considering Daniel Snyder, he of the propensity for signing free agents to ridiculously inflated contracts, is ranked fifth on Silver's list.  Still, it's nice to see that the Fourth Estate thinks the Texans are "the most media-friendly organization in the league."  That has to be worth at ...
