Bobby Kielty’s pinch-hit home run in the 8th was the difference as Jonathan Papelbon came in and closed the door on the Rockies magical season as the Sox defeated the Rox 4-3 to win their second World Series in 4 seasons. Jon Lester was outstanding for the Red Sox tonight as he gave them 5 2/3 scoreless innings. [link]
