Extra Bases reports that Doug Mirabelli has been the Red Sox, although it is yet to be official. Look for Dusty Brown and Kevin Cash to take the reigns in Mirabelli’s departure. Of course, the question is raised as to whether either of them can catch a knuckleball. I’m pretty sure we all know, it’s not an easy task.
