The sixth, fifth and fourth teams end up on top, and the first, second and third (Milwaukee) teams that have the best chances go down? It’s tough for some teams to have to deal with this. “One guy told me tonight that if his team didn’t get one of those top two picks, his team had a serious chance of going out of business. Now that’s tough. At least (the Celtics) aren’t in that situation.”
