Source: Pats WR Brown wants to return in '07
Published 3/15/2007 by Ben Maller at Ben Maller's Sports Rumors & Notes
... The question may no longer be if Troy Brown will play next season, but where he will play. A source familiar with Brown’s situation said last night that the veteran receiver “definitely” wants to return for a 15th NFL season. “One hundred percent,” said the source. Whether Brown gets an offer, and from which team, is the question. Another source close to Brown said he would be surprised if Brown were to sign anywhere other than New England.

Troy Brown: Ready for 2007
Published 3/15/2007 by matt at Matt's Pats Blog
... One of the most heralded Patriots has come clean and let it slip that he is "100 percent" ready to play in 2007. With his team-first attitude, smarts, and versatility, Troy Brown has been heralded as a "perfect fit for the Patriots." He has played in all three phases of the game, taken pay cuts in the past to remain with the team, and made HUGE plays when necessary. Because of this, there is little debate as to which team he will play for next year.
