He came up in the bottom of the 15th with runners on first and second and 1 out and earned a walk from Lidge putting the winning run on third. Young hit a sac-fly in the next at bat giving the A.L. another victory. J.D. Sadly, the Nationals won't have home field advantage in the World Series this year.

Pardon the delayed recap...I wanted to make sure this game was actually over first. Last night's/this morning's MLB All-Star Game was one that won't soon forgotten, as the 15-inning marathon at Yankee Stadium was the longest All-Star Game of all-time, and tied the 1967 game for the most innings played in an All-Star contest.
