Fred9964 +1What I wonder is when he started throwing from that angle. Maybe he started at 3/4 when he was in high school, but has gradually gotten lower and lower until he reached the submarine level he's at now. A lot of youth coaches don't really want to see their kids throwing from that angle, anyway. -
DaveKingman Ziegler gave up a run tonight. We'll call it the Dugout Central jink. -
BrianDaubach7 Remember that Keith Foulke was once the A's closer. They are not afraid to put someone who doesn't strike out a lot of guys in that critical spot. I'm not sure they'll need a closer for a long time though, especially when they have the depth to move a guy who can have a sub 3 era to the rotation.
While the guy's streak ended tonight, he's still having a great year.
