After four days of presenting witnesses and evidence, attorneys for auto dealer Norman Braman rested their case against the Florida Marlins , city of Miami and Miami-Dade County at 2 p.m. Attorneys for the city moved for a dismissal, and said they would also rest their case, while the county and Marlins may still present witnesses.
