Sporting News staff reports The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports Braves catcher Brian McCann had a second Lasik eye surgery Friday. Early in the 2009 season, McCann battled dry eyes and blurred vision because of his contacts. He hit only .195 in April and needed a stint on the disabled list.
