Braves expect to activate Soriano against Marlins Links2
Rafael Soriano is expected to be the first in the long list of the injured to return for the Braves in the second half. His elbow came away feeling good from his bullpen session Saturday, Braves general manager Frank Wren said, and after taking a day off, the Braves plan to activate him Monday. "Roger [McDowell] said he threw the ball very well, and Raffy said he felt good," Wren said. [link]

Evening Update for 7/19
Published 7/20/2008 by Eric Stashin at Rotoprofessor
Chico Harlan of the Washington Post (click here for the post) is reporting that Lastings Milledge is set to begin his rehab assignment tomorrow.  He has “been running and taking swings”, so we’ll have to wait and see how long he needs to rehab for.  Just sit tight if you’re waiting on him, it probably won’t be too much longer. According to Carroll Rodgers of The Atlanta ...

Listen having him back in the rotation would be a great help, even if he can only go about 5 innings per start. That way we can send either Morton or Reyes back to Triple A and let them get their starts down there. According to the AJC, Rafael Soriano should be ready to go and activated tomorrow in time for the ...
