Evening Roundup #2 for 8/1 (Pierre, McCann and more)
Published 8/2/2008 by Eric Stashin at Rotoprofessor
Tony Jackson of The Los Angeles Daily News (click here for the post) is reporting that Joe Torre has said that Juan Pierre “will likely become the primary CF now, with Matt Kemp moving to RF”.  With Manny Ramirez now in the mix, that means Andre Ethier & Andruw Jones are going to find themselves on the bench.  That leaves them with little value at this point. Road Sweet Road

What’s the perfect remedy for a team that scuffled their way to a 1-6 homestand? Get back out on the road where they have won seven straight games.
