We now have video Dayton Daily News: DAYTON — A first-inning four-run rally quickly escalated into a bench-clearing brawl between the Dayton Dragons and Peoria Chiefs tonight at Fifth Third Field that halted play for an hour and 9 minutes. Good. Lord.
Dayton plated 4 runs around all that nonsense and held on later for a 6-5 win.
Nothing beats fun at the old ballyard. Speaking of which, those same Peoria Chiefs will take their fight club to Wrigley Field for a special game against the Kane County Cougars this coming Tuesday. Get your front row seats.
