Lito to shuffle out of town? NFL Network is reporting this afternoon that Eagles CB Lito Sheppard has been given permission to seek a trade/are shopping him. So far they seem to be the only source reporting this. If it gets corroborated, I'll be sure to post up a link. This is an interesting development, but not necessarily a huge surprise. John Clayton is reporting that Lito has been given the opportunity to seek his own trade. Apparently the former pro bowl cornerback is looking for a few more dollars. I've always been a fan of Lito, but given his inability to stay on the field this could be a good move for the birds - assuming that they get some value in return. Bleeding Green is reporting that Asante Samuel may be Lito's replacement. All signs point to Lito leaving Philly I'm sure we haven't heard the last of these rumors . . . ...
