Favre not quite retired

Former Green Bay Packers QB Brett Favre is not quite retired yet. It appears the future hall of famer has not filed his retirement paperwork with the NFL yet. This would mean he’s still a Packer and preventing the team from moving forward. How could he be doing that? Well till he retires, he still counts for $11.4 million against this years salary cap. Could it be Favre is still reconsidering?
