New York Yankees Fan Blog — Last night's 5-4 victory , the second win in a row against the Sox, is a nice push toward the All-Star break. The team gets a little momentum heading into a day off today, followed by an important mini-series with the Rays. And a little extra confidence never hurts. By the way, somebody needs to come up with a nickname for Brett Gardner immediately.
