Doug Melvin said on the radio this morning that the Brewers need a replacement starter for both Thursday and Saturday of this week. Thursday would have been the schedule start of Dave Bush, who is being given a little extra time off due to arm fatigue. Saturday would have been Manny Parra's turn in the rotation, but he is currently in Nashville working out some control issues. Melvin said that he does not wish to rush Parra back to the big leagues.
