There is an NL MVP odds post coming at some point. But these are time sensitive. First, from Bodog . What colour will Ian Poulter's outfit be on the first day of the British Open? All bets have action. Based on Predominate Color They first list a bunch of colors. "Red and White" is the favorite at 4/1. And then: Purple with Yellow Polka Dots, 150/1 He Will Tee Off Naked, 1000/1 I ...Posted 7/16/2008 on FanIQ Blog
It's our first golf major without Tiger Woods at Royal Birkdale in Southport, England. Woods' absence and subsequent ratings will be the overwhelming story on Day 1, but let's hope round 2 turns our attention towards some talented golfer taking advantage of the opportunity. Will you be watching? Is the Tiger factor too strong? As an avid golf fan, the British Open is neck and neck ...Posted 7/16/2008 on The Money Line Journal
Outrights Robert Karlsson At 33-1 (1.5) I am not sure how this happened. I woke up and I had 1.5 units on Karlsson outright. His swing is so bad it’s good (like reality TV) and needs to be shown whenever possible ( like Megan Fox in a Star Wars shirt ). So with no Tiger lurking at Royal ...Posted 7/15/2008 on The Money Line Journal
It’s a slow week so I figured this would be an ideal time to walk you guys through my ultra sophisticated golf outright selection process. Hopefully this gives my picks less of a straight from the ass feel in the future. I am doing this for the U.S. Bank Championship rather than the British Open because the odds are fresher. I have been obsessing over the Open for weeks now already. ...Posted 7/8/2008 on Golf Blogger
2008 British Open Championship Odds - July 9, 2008 July 8, 2008 For the record, here are the latest odds for the 2008 British Open. With Tiger out of the way, the leading contenders are Sergio Garcia at 9/1, followed by Ernie Els at 12/1, then Phil Mickelson and Padraig Harrington at 14/1. SOUTHPORT, England - In betting parlors and inside the ropes, Sergio Garcia has never had better odds of winning a major. No one has more top 10s in the British Open this...The Big Lead found this 7/25/2008 on www.themoneylinejournal.com
