Bruins Sign Kobasew to Extension Boston Bruins Official Website Boston, MA - Boston Bruins General Manager Peter Chiarelli announced today that the club has signed forward Chuck Kobasew to a multi-year contract extension. Per club policy, terms of the deal will not be disclosed. Kobasew enjoyed a career year for Boston in 2007-2008, as he played in 73 regular season games and established career bests in goals (22), assists (17) and points (39).
