According to Gordon Edes of The Boston Globe (click here for the article), there’s a chance that Clay Buchholz will be returning to the Red Sox rotation as early as this Saturday, taking the spot of Justin Masterson. Buchholz last pitched at Triple A on Monday, throwing just 50 pitches over 5 shutout innings. Buchholz has been tremendous at Triple A, going 4-1 with a 1.63 ERA over 38.2 innings.
