Creamsicle Jerseys Continue Failure Even In Retirement
Sportable.com — ... making a name for himself by blowing up defenders while maintaining the quickness of a running back.  During last night’s ceremony to honor the retired Buc, there was one obstacle that even Alstott couldn’t truck stick.  The misspelling of his name on his jersey. Apparently as a rookie, Alstott wore his jersey with the misspelling for a few games.  But come on, even though that’s good and fine, retire his jersey with his real name on it. Credit to ProFootballTalk for finding a screen shot of this.  Epic.

YEAH, THAT MAKES SENSE
With Leather — ... his first two games before the error was finally corrected… Many media outlets were making fun of what they thought was a huge blunder on Mike Alstott night. The Bucs, however, had the last laugh. Ha ha!  Stupid like a fox! You think they were idiots, but in truth they were idiots TWELVE YEARS AGO.  They were merely referencing a historical screw-up that showed their initial malaise toward Alstott!  Thanks for the memories, Mark!
