    I really think Vinny would've been lost w/out these assistants being hired. 

    Harris and Bickerstaff will be extremely valuable to Del Negro's development & the team's overall success.

    I will say this, I rather see Del Negro on a bench that to see yet another dinasour being recycled on an NBA bench. Give credit to the Bulls for making the move that many other teams should do.
