By all objective standards, Les Miles is an idiot Links5
We all know that there has been somewhat of a rivalry between the SEC and the Pac-10 developing in recent years.  You see, all the rednecks down south, who believe that football supremacy is a god-given right, don't want to believe that the laid back, full o' hippies, pot smokin west can play football, too.  They'd have you believe that downtrodden Stanford is the textbook textbook ... Les Miles has hair on his peaches

... my favorite ESPN talk show host Colin Cowherd rant that the SEC is clearly superior. Even though he was destroying the PAC 10, he has some special hate he keeps in reserve for Big East football . He took some time to destroy the Big East s claim being 5-0 in bowls (lower tier teams) and what must be WVU s only significant victory in school history ever, over UGA. Back to why Cowherd was talking about the PAC 10, he was defending LSU loony tune Les Miles. There were some good comments by Les Miles discussing why USC (west coast) road to New Orleans was much easier than his Tigers. Miles totally endorsed the superiority of the SEC. Except for a few dim-wits from Alabama, no true SEC fan can truly disagree with the statements Miles made. Even fans of the lesser conferences like the Big 10, Big 12, and the Big East all wish that they could be like our Big Boy conference. Here is a perfect example of a fanbase that only wishes that they were 1/10 as cool as an SEC school [ ...

This recurring pattern was seen again when my final BlogPoll ballot drew questions from DCTrojan and BCSBusters, after which an initially heated exchange commenced and ultimately generated fruitful debate. Similarly, when Addicted to Quack's Dave took Les Miles to task for his inflammatory offseason remarks, my reply provoked a ...
