Here’s a practical table summary for all the INGOING & OUTGOING TRANSFERS so far, as well as all undergoing NEGOTIATIONS.The mid-season transfer window officially opened last week (January 1st), and will remain open until January 31st. A busy time for Italian clubs, who'll have their scouts/negotiatiors/investors working full time in what is known as the “CALCIOMERCATO” back in the old country.
