Last night I saw a graphic on Comcast Sports New England that indicated Ray Allen was singled out by the Celtics fans as being the most essential piece for the Celtics to achieve No. 17. I don’t have the exact details, but approximately a third of the fans polled stated that Allen was most critical to the Celtics success in the playoffs.
