Canadian Press 7/1/2007 8:09:58 PM The Washington Capitals have added some scoring up front, signing forward Viktor Kozlov to a two-year, $5 million contract. Kozlov played in 81 games with the New York Islanders last season netting 25 goals and adding 26 assists. More details to follow.

Caps keep the free agents coming by signing another NY Islander Victor Kozlov. Kozlov will get a two year $5 million contract. A veteran Russian, he is an exceptional play maker, but not a consistent scorer. Kozlov will however greatly help Semin and Ovechkin adjust better to the NHL.
