The free agent frenzy is typically filled with highs and lows. A high for Washington Capitals fans was the news that defenseman Mike Green would not sign a salary-on-steroids offer sheet with another team, and came back to the team for four years. The low was just announced, via TSN: Free agent Jose Theodore has been signed to a two-year deal to replace Cristobal Huet as the Capitals' primary goaltender. Sportsnet reports that it's a $9 million contact; so Caps Chick was right yesterday, and the Capitals gave Theodore a good portion of Olaf Kolzig's $5.5 million salary. The ...
