“Holy Cow” The Scooter, Phil Rizzuto dies at age 89. He played 13 years with the Yanks collecting the A.L. MVP award in 1950. He also sparked the Yanks to 10 Pennants and 8 World Series Championships, collecting the Babe Ruth Award in 1951 and ending his career with a 3 time All Star. He had to wait 38 years to enter the Hall, he got in from a Veteran Committee vote in 1994. ...
