 Celebrating "The Roofer"
I have been thinking all day on whether or not to take apart Plaschke's second consecutive garbage column (sorry will not provide any link) in today's LA Times. I was thinking whether I should spend some time in shredding his drivel line by line like we have done on number of occasions here on BN. Then it hit me. That Scrappy Underdog In Westwood [UCLA Bruins]
Published 3/31/2008 by Leitch at Deadspin
Perhaps we just don't follow this as closely as we should, but we really weren't aware that this UCLA team was supposed to be considered the most hated team in college basketball? We thought Duke had that title for life? Anyway, we don't understand how any team with Kevin Love could possibly be considered the most hated anything. Jet: Possesses "smart bombs" that ...

The Final Four - UCLA-Memphis, Kansas-North Carolina: What's In a Name?

Next Saturday in San Antonio will mark the first time four number one seeds will do an on-court two-step in the Final Four. UCLA-Memphis, Kansas-North Carolina will be the matchups.
