According to Ballad, there were one-handed runners and flip-shots and even Damon Wayans. It was quite the tale. And today, thanks to The Wall Street Journal, we finally have video footage. ... but it was rather fantastic. Some CEO dude named John Rogers Jr. beats Michael Jordan in a game of one-on-one at Jordan’s “Flight School” basketball camp in 2003. As Ball Don’t Lie attests, this was a story bandied about in the media circles, but the video never surfaced till yesterday.
In all fairness, Jordan could have worked this dude over — he played a bit lax and the game was only to 3. But hey, John Rogers, I tip my cap to you.

As an added bonus, Damon Wayans dogs Jordan at the end for losing at his own camp, which appears to be taking place in a cleaned out hotel ballroom.
Anyway, the release of this video makes me think that the editor of the Journal may soon get a visit from Jordan's boys. And then wind up at the bottom of the Hudson River.
