Monday, Texas Coach Mack Brown said that non-BCS schools should not be included in BCS bowl games. He Brown says “It’s demeaning” to those teams, and that non-BCS schools such as TCU and Boise State don’t face as much scuirtiny by how they win games, the way Texas, Alabama and Florida do.
The term BCS conference is slang for the Big East, ACC, SEC, Pac-10, Big 12 and the Big ten. The BCS considers all 11 FBS conferences as BCS conferences.
