The Bengals brought Chris Henry back after vehement assertions that they never would, and they seem absolutely desperate for receiver help (more on that in a second). If Rae's been doing his nightly push-ups and sprints through the yard, one never knows. He's not due out until 2018, but with good behavior, and maybe some kind of an early work-release program, it would be a perfect fit.  ...
