... with offensive lineman Chad Rinehart, a supplemental selection in the third round of the 2008 draft. Per the Washington Post , it’s a four-year contract .  Along with a $611,000 signing bonus, Rinehart will earn base salaries of $295,000 in 2008, $385,000 in 2009, $470,000 in 2010, and $555,000 in 2011. The deal also contains an escalator worth up to $1.2 million for the fourth year.  Such devices are becoming more common, given that a four-year deal prevents the player from reeling in a nice payday as a restricted free agent.
