Last night Joba Chamberlain, the Yanks new triple A prospect, made his debut for Scranton/Wilkes-Barre last night. In 5 scoreless innings, he posted 10 k’s while allowing 4 hits and walking 1. He threw 57 of 88 pitches for strikes. It’s nice to hear the Yanks finally talking about bringing him up possibly around the first or second week in august to maybe be the 8th inning guy ... [link]
