... The Chargers have cut Eric Parker. I have always liked Parker as a complimentary receiver. Plus, he has experience as a return specialist and is only 29. He is a little injury prone, but has ability, experience and, from what I can tell, a winning attitude. Maybe Donnie Edwards will put in a good word for Parker with the Chiefs? ... told Lamont Jordan to stay away from training camp.  This is the second straight camp that the Raiders have informed their former starter that his services wouldn’t be necessary to the team.  So what do the Raiders do now?  They can either hold on to Jordan hoping for a trade and drop him during the final cuts, or they could cut him now and bring in a player to give them a solid opportunity to make the team.
