According to USAToday.com , San Diego Chargers linebacker Stephen Cooper became the latest player to be suspended for violating the league’s substance abuse policy. The rule states that Cooper will miss the first four games of the Chargers’ season. He will be eligible to return to the Chargers’ active roster before the team’s game against the Oakland Raiders .
