Charles Barkley Calls ESPN E:60 Interviewer "Bush League"
CB just loves bashing ESPN these days. He says he loves the channel in this interview with Dan Patrick, but I don't think I believe him. Anyway, Dan is asking him about Miguel Tejada and Barkley calls out E:60 the only way he can....by saying he would have slapped the hell out of the reporter.... Barkley is obviously an acquired taste, but I just can't get enough of him. Later in the ... [link]

Losers of the Week

... Relieving pain since 1901." I want to start with an actual conversation heard outside Yankee Stadium on Wednesday night. Douchbag Red Sox fan to Bronx cop: Hey, aren't there any cops who are Red Sox fans around here? Bronx cop to douchbag Red Sox fan: Who the fuck do you think you're talking to? ESPN lands on our list this week for being lame. Blindsiding Miguel Tejada with a copy of his birth certificate is, as Charles Barkley put it, bush league. It's also a cop out for the news they can't break. ...

Charles Barkley Would Have 'Slapped the Hell Out of' E:60 Reporter

... would have "slapped the hell out of" (0:40) the reporter if he'd tried to pull that on Barkley. Barkley's outspoken nature aside, I actually think that's a pretty reasonable reaction. I probably would not be particularly thrilled if anyone decided to pull a Chris Hansen on me re: my age. There are just more tactful ways of going about it, and "groundbreaking" news doesn't necessarily have to be shock journalism. Via AA   Permalink | Email this |  ...

Miguel Tejada busted lying about age on ESPN, YouTube Video

Miguel Tejada lied about his age as many players do. They do it so they are seen as phenoms. They play like they are 19, but they say they are 17. They lie to make themselves appear like a great deal. Kind of like using steroids. Tejada reminds me a lot of Sammy Sosa. They both played dumb when they got caught

In what has been a part of baseball in Latin America for many years, Houston Astros SS Miguel Tejada has admitted that he is actually 33 years old, almost 34, rather than 31. This story first came out when ESPN confronted Tejada about his age in an interview, to which he responded that he was “32,” which is neither his real age, nor the age he was listed as. Age Taint Nothing But A Number
The following video is sure to be all over the webz today (if it isn't already), but I still had to share because it made me Sherm LOL-ler. A few thoughts here: A. I would have bet $2500 that that little shithead Jeremy Schaap was doing this interview, but to my surprise it was, uh... some other guy. Secondly, now we're pretty sure Tejada took PEDs and lied about his age. Neither ...
ESPN OUTS MIGUEL TEJADA’S REAL AGE
So, ESPN’s not afraid to get their hands dirty? One thing to do an investigative piece and report that Miguel Tejada is older than he claims, but it’s bush league to ambush the guy under the guise of an interview. I don’t blame Miggy for getting up and walking away.. I wonder if E:60 would setup an interview with an American baseball player and then bust out ...
