According to Charles Chandler of the Charlotte Observer, the Carolina Panthers have just released RB DeShaun Foster. Foster’s six-year career with the Panthers has been frequently interrupted by injuries. He played his first full season without missing a game last year, recording a career-high 247 carries but a career low 3.5-yard average.
