DETROIT -- Free agent defensive end Tyler Brayton agreed to terms Tuesday with the Carolina Panthers on a two-year contract. He chose the Panthers over Indianapolis after visiting both teams. Financial terms were not disclosed. Brayton (6-foot-6, 280 pounds) is expected to compete for time at right defensive end.
