Higgins, 47, is the Golden State Warriors' GM, and the Bobcats got permission to interview him during the weekend. Bobcats spokesman B.J. Evans confirmed discussions with Higgins are ongoing. Jordan is in Florida for this week's NBA pre-draft camp in suburban Orlando.
