The Carolina Panthers ended three weeks of summer school practices Thursday. After coach John Fox called off a fourth week of organized team activities, the team won't convene again until July25 in Spartanburg for training camp. The Panthers concluded their summer school workouts Thursday. The OTAs were scheduled to last until next Wednesday, but coach John Fox continued his tradition of excusing players a week early.
