As his former West Virginia University teammate Pacman Jones tries to get back into the NFL, Bengals receiver Chris Henry might be trying to get out. According to media reports, Henry has been charged with assault .  He allegedly was involved in a fight on Monday, and he faces counts of assault and criminal damaging. An 18-year-old claims that Henry smashed his car windshield and punched him in the face.  Henry says that it wasn’t him. Local12.com reports that Bengals receiver Chris Henry is in trouble with the law yet again. Gregory Meyer, an eighteen year old University of Cincinnati student, claims that Henry threw a bottle at his car, shattering the windshield, and punching him in the face, requiring staples. He does not give a reason as to why Henry did these things. Henry claims that he was never there, and that it was a mistaken identity.
