... . With the rotation in tatters, to say the least, it was all arms on deck last night. After starter Levale Speigner allowed four runs in as many innings, the bullpen shut down the Braves, allowing only two hits in the final five innings. The offense, for a change, rallied to the cause with a four-run fifth, three of them coming on a bases-clearing double by Ryan Church. Nats win, 6-4, ensuring at least a series split with the Braves pending the outcome of this afternoon's game. (
