Ryan Church is still dealing with what he labeled migraine effects this morning. He had difficulty sleeping and is sensitive to light.
“A day or two,” Church said about how long it normally lasts. “Normally the headache is that day. The next day it usually feels like I’ve been in a car crash - my body hurts, my head hurts, nauseated. That’s just what I’m feeling now.”
