Jerry Manuel indicated Ryan Church is now doubtful to be activated Tuesday when he’s eligible. Manuel said Church didn’t have a setback and is “champing at the bit” to play, but the club is being cautious. *** Angel Pagan had a “setback” while playing for Brooklyn last night and left the game in the third inning.
