The following is the deposition of Roger Clemens' nanny , who has her name redacted from the document -- we do not know her name based on the testimony collected by the House committee investigators. This interview would have taken place yesterday (Tues., Feb. 12) and is a preliminary transcript of a phone interview.

Even though Andy Pettite won't be appearing with Roger Clemens and Brian McNamee in front of a congressional committee on Wednesday morning, it doesn't mean his voice won't be heard. Andy Pettitte reportedly told Congress in his private depostion that Roger Clemens had used HGH. Apparently, Clemens told Pettitte he used Human Growth Hormone 10 years ago. Due to his testimony, Pettitte was excused from the public hearings today, along with Chuck Knoblauch and steroid dealer Kirk Radomski. By denying and totally refuting anything that Brian McNamee has said, Roger Clemens is challenging the very foundation of the Mitchell Report.
