My wish for a combined 600 career wins to take the mound today may have come true, but that idea involved Mussina relieving after a Clemens start was curtailed by pitchcount issues and not elbow issues. ...

Clemens sent for MRI on elbow Roger Clemens was not available after the game as he was sent to New York-Presbyterian Hospital Columbia for an MRI on his right elbow. According to Joe Torre, Clemens felt “grabbing” in the fourth inning.
