... initiated a lawsuit against his former trainer back in early January in response to what he viewed as defamation; in case you've been completely out of the loop, McNamee was a key source of info in Senator Mitchell's epic steroids report, calling out many players as juice abusers, Rocket included. Roger has vehemently denied the allegations, so the defamation suit was the logical next step in his all-out crusade to prove his innocence (or at least lack of guilt).
