Cleveland Browns coach Eric Mangini indicated today that he'll be involved in the hiring process for the new general manager of the team following the ouster of George Kokinis earlier this week. However, it was Mangini who picked Kokinis even though typically the general manager outranks the head coach. It's unclear if owner Randy Lerner will hire a strong general manager who would want to make the decision on whether to retain Mangini or go in another direction.
