The hit came when Wimbley lowered his helmet and drilled Cutler in the chin, knocking him down on a play on which Cutler threw an incomplete pass. It drew a 15-yard penalty and helped the Bears drive down the field for a touchdown. Asked if he thought the fine meant justice had been served, Cutler answered, " No. It doesn't help me out any . He might lose a little bit of money, but that's how it goes."
